Synopsis

The story

The warehouse ERUPTS in a glorious fireball. Bob backflips through the blast as debris rains. Sirens wail. ELENA VOSS, 30s, sharp suit, storms in with a flashlight. ELENA Malone! You just cost the city two million in property damage! BOB (laughing) Worth every penny to see your face. Buy you a drink after I save the world? Elena draws her gun. Bob winks and hits a detonator. Another smaller blast knocks her off-balance into his arms as the pier collapses behind them. BOB (CONT'D) See? We make a great team already.
