Synopsis
Max Reyes, a starving 2D prodigy, beta-tests Seedance 3.0 and watches his doodles step off the tablet into flesh-and-blood life. At first the characters grant him fame and fortune, but they soon demand autonomy, rewriting the city around them into a hand-drawn fever dream. As rival studios and the government close in, Max must enter his own animated multiverse to negotiate a new ending before the frames consume him. His creations range from a wisecracking anti-hero desperate for sequels to a tragic love interest who wants to stay real. The film weaves meta gags with heart-stopping set pieces where physics obeys pencil strokes, culminating in a final confrontation on an infinite blank page. Audiences will leave questioning every line they see on screen.
The story
