Synopsis

When Miss Chiff's syndicate erases his found family, Stilts must recruit unlikely allies—a limber aerialist, a deaf sharpshooter on roller stilts, and a pyrotechnic clown—to launch a daring nighttime raid that turns the entire carnival into a battlefield. As alliances fracture and Miss Chiff tightens her grip with blackmail and spectacle, Stilts confronts the truth that his greatest weapon isn't height but the family he builds mid-battle. The final assault erupts during the city's grand parade, where stilts clash in brutal choreography and every secret is revealed under blinding lights. Stilts rises one last time, not just to kill but to liberate the performers Miss Chiff enslaved, ending her reign in a storm of fire, feathers, and flying legs.
The story
Stilts survives a massacre that wipes out his circus troupe and learns Miss Chiff ordered the hit to cover a smuggling ring hidden in the big top. Haunted and alone, he begins recruiting backup from the city's marginalized performers.
The team infiltrates Miss Chiff's floating nightclub, uncovering her plan to burn the entire district for insurance. Betrayals mount as Stilts questions his own thirst for blood and the cost to his new allies.
During the grand parade finale, Stilts and crew turn the spectacle against Miss Chiff in a sky-high duel that destroys her tower and frees the performers, leaving Stilts to walk away as the city cheers its new legend.

ROOFTOPS - CONTINUOUS Stilts lands hard on a neon billboard, blades sparking. Sirens wail below. He stares at the distant glowing tower where Miss Chiff's silhouette watches from a penthouse window. He raises one blade in salute, then vanishes into the night.
