Synopsis
Lexi Sparks, captain of the elite Empire State Cheer Squad, discovers her squad’s championship routine hides encrypted data on a terrorist plot. When black-ops forces unleash a hunter-killer helicopter, Lexi grabs her megaphone, pom-poms, and stolen flash drive and sprints across Manhattan. Subway vaults, rooftop rallies, and Times Square traffic become her arena as she flips, tumbles, and outruns rotor blades in pure 90s excess. Her ex-rival and reluctant ally, bomb-disposal cop Ray Diaz, joins mid-chase, trading barbs while she commandeers taxis, hot-dog carts, and a parade float. The chopper pilot is no ordinary merc—he’s her squad’s former sponsor with a vendetta. Every landmark she crosses exposes another layer of the conspiracy. In a final midtown showdown atop the Empire State Building, Lexi weaponizes the city itself—cheer squad flash-mob, news helicopters, and one perfectly timed pyramid formation—to bring the gunship down. The world is saved, and New York crowns its new action heroine.
The story
