Synopsis

The story
Drustan, last survivor of his razed village, is captured and thrown into Rome's gladiator ludus. Brutal training reveals his raw talent and simmering rage against the Empire.
Rising through lethal matches, Drustan gathers fellow slaves while the Praetorian commander hunts him, staging deadly traps and public spectacles that test his loyalty and spark whispers of revolt.
