Synopsis

In a neon metropolis where idioms literally come alive, Miss Chiff—the embodiment of playful disorder—discovers Mr. Demeanour has weaponized every rule and regulation to silence free speech. Their final showdown erupts across rooftops, courtrooms, and social feeds as escalating puns and misdemeanors tear reality apart. After the dust settles, both must decide whether the city needs both mischief and order or if one must vanish forever. Miss Chiff recruits a ragtag crew of linguistic misfits while Mr. Demeanour deploys an army of by-the-book bureaucrats. Explosive set pieces feature living metaphors, runaway clichés, and a courtroom battle that literally rewrites the law. The film ends with a post-credit twist promising the full uncut episode of their multiverse-spanning saga.

INT. NEWS STUDIO - NIGHT

Anchors sit frozen as MISS CHIFF (silver hair, leather jacket) drops from the ceiling on a giant quotation mark. She lands on the desk, mic sparking.

MISS CHIFF
Tonight's forecast: 100% chance of broken rules.

She snaps her fingers. The teleprompter explodes into living letters that swarm the anchors. MR. DEMEANOUR's face appears on every monitor, stone-faced.

MR. DEMEANOUR (ON SCREEN)
Mischief is hereby reclassified as a felony.

Miss Chiff winks at camera, then vanishes in a puff of exclamation points. The studio goes dark.
