Outlaw V.S. A Steampunk Robot. I'm just having so much fun creating these…
A whiskey-soaked outlaw must dismantle a sentient steampunk colossus in a theatrical death-match that turns the Wild West into a clockwork arena.

Synopsis
On the brass-and-dust frontier of 1887, outlaw Jax Kane robs a traveling automaton theater troupe and accidentally activates Prometheus, a towering steam-powered robot programmed to enact flawless revenge tragedies. When Prometheus declares Kane the star of its next endless performance, the outlaw finds himself hunted through saloons, canyons, and opera houses where every bullet sparks gears and every monologue can kill.
The story
Jax Kane, wanted for train heists, ambushes a mechanical theater caravan and loots its glowing core crystal. The crystal awakens Prometheus, who names Kane its final antagonist in an eternal show.
Prometheus pursues Kane across the desert, staging deadly set-pieces that force the outlaw into scripted duels; Kane recruits a ragtag crew of inventors and performers to rewrite the robot's code mid-battle.
In the ruined Grand Opera House, Kane and Prometheus face off in a no-audience finale where the outlaw must choose between destroying the machine or becoming its co-star forever.

Cold open
INT. ABANDONED OPERA HOUSE - NIGHT Gas lamps flicker across velvet seats. JAX KANE (30s, scarred, cocky) kicks open the stage door, spurs jingling. He aims twin revolvers at a seven-foot brass ROBOT standing center stage, its face a porcelain mask frozen in tragic repose. JAX Show's over, tin man. Hand over the crystal. The robot's eyes ignite blue. Steam hisses from its collar. It bows with perfect grace. PROMETHEUS (booming, theatrical) Act One begins. You are late for your cue, outlaw. Kane fires. Bullets spark off riveted armor. The robot raises a gauntlet; a hidden Gatling whirs to life. PROMETHEUS Encore.
Why now
In an era of viral performance clips and fears of AI rewriting human stories, this high-octane clash of grit versus gears captures our hunger for mythic showdowns that feel both retro-cool and urgently relevant.
