A grieving architect discovers her new Victorian home whispers the dying moments of every previous tenant, forcing her to unearth her own family's deadly secret before it claims her son.
Synopsis
Architect Elena Voss moves into a crumbling Victorian with her young son after her husband's suicide, hoping for a fresh start. At night the walls murmur final conversations and screams from past residents, growing louder and more personal until they begin predicting her son's death. Desperate, Elena rips into the plaster to find century-old hidden rooms and journals that reveal the house feeds on unresolved trauma, and her grief is the perfect meal. As the whispers turn violent and the house begins rewriting her memories, Elena must decide whether to burn it down with her own pain inside or let it consume everything she has left.
The story
Elena and her son arrive at the decaying house, drawn by a too-good-to-be-true inheritance. Strange whispers begin at night, dismissed as wind until they start naming her dead husband and repeating her son's bedtime stories.
Elena tears open walls and discovers hidden chambers filled with possessions and diaries of former tenants who all died violently after hearing the voices. The house starts manifesting her memories as physical threats, isolating her from help and turning her son against her.
Elena confronts the original sin buried in the foundation and chooses to sacrifice her own memories in a ritual that silences the house, freeing her son but leaving her a stranger to him in the final shot.

INT. VICTORIAN BEDROOM - NIGHT Rain hammers leaded windows. Seven-year-old LEO sleeps under a heavy quilt. The wallpaper — faded roses — begins to breathe. A woman's voice, muffled, leaks through the plaster. WOMAN'S VOICE (whisper) Please don't leave me again, Daniel. The baby needs you. Leo's eyes open. He sits up. From inside the wall, a man's desperate reply. MAN'S VOICE (muffled) I can't stay. She's waiting downstairs with the gun. Leo presses his ear to the wall. The paper tears slightly under his fingers, revealing a dark gap. A child's giggle echoes from inside. Leo smiles and whispers back. LEO I hear you too.
